Forced back to main menu at Mixing station 2 during multiplay

in Multiplay, a mixing station 2 is force kicking guest player when mixing addy with standard meth. Then giving the message "host has left the game" when they have in fact not left the game. Then the host accesses and gets stuck, and hast to use task killer to exit game.

Yeah i was the host of the game with 3rd Place and when i went to the Mixing Station i could hear it mixing but couldn't see anything on the screen, no timer countdown. 3rd Place said he could see the numbers on the screen but they were counting up, not down. So when i tried to access it i didn't see any items in the input slots but in the output slot there was a white box. I tried holding shift and clicking on all the slots hoping to remove an item but couldn't remove anything. I hit ESC and got completely stuck. I could still see 3rd Place walking around but none of my keys would do anything. The only thing I could do was end task in task manager. Reloaded the game and repeated this process 4 times and every time still the same exact problem. Can't pick up the machine because it says contains items. Might be nice to add a feature that would allow you to pick things up even if they have items in them in case a bug like this happens in order to reset the device.

FYI I'm on an 12th gen i5 with an RTX 3060ti with 64gb of RAM and 70 hours of gameplay with no issues before this.
