Low fps and other Steam Deck issues?

I haven't played in over a week, but playing it on my Deck I never encountered any issues at all.
Was watching a Steam Deck channel earlier and he said the game was stuttery, frame drops etc and the couple of comments agreed with him.
I know it still played well after the Pawn Shop update but has the new patch caused problems for other Deck users?

I have a PC with a 3070ti. Everything worked perfectly before. Since the latest update, it's not working properly.

Hmm so it's the jukebox update then? What specifically is not working or is it performance?
