make sure your botanists aren't stuck idle because there's some problem in their line ie: make sure their supply shelves are fully stocked and their output shelves are clear. Also make sure they have an easy path to their work and they can reach all station. Employee AI is especially hard on computation, botanists are the worst offenders. Once they can perform their job, they stop looking for one every 3 seconds, and it considerably lightens their load. To prevent that while keeping an employee idle, take the money away from their briefcase. Ideally reduce your number of botanists too - If you have some idle, likely you can afford to fire some. :P

I assume Tyler will find some solution eventually, like multithreading employee AI to just brute force its problems, or making it more efficient. ;p
