am sure the guy who posted this bug report had the best intentions, but the developer of curl is litterally saying stuff like this is akin to DDoS from their side, and these people should pay them for the time lost.
There was a thread yesterday about someone who tried to make a bug report, and it didn't go through, because there's too many tickets open already in his issue tracker.
