Hi everyone,
I'm currently experiencing a serious issue in the game and I can't even report it using the in-game feedback system.

Main issue:
After my last save, my botanist and my Pick-Up truck are completely gone.
This makes it impossible to grow plants and continue playing properly.
I've tried several times to send a report via the "Submit Feedback" feature, but...

Secondary issue:
The bug reporting system itself is broken!
I get the following error message:

Trello upload failed. Reason: {"message":"Board has too many open cards","error":"BOARD_TOO_MANY_OPEN_CARDS"}

It seems the system uses a Trello board that has hit the maximum number of open tickets.
This means no one can report issues until it’s cleared or fixed.

Conclusion:
I really hope the dev team can address both issues soon, because the game is currently unplayable for me.

Remove the bed the botanist used, and hire another. If you haven't already ask the mechanic to tow your vehicle.

trello board hit the maximum number of open tickets, so you think you can cut the line and hope for solutions ahead of all these people by posting here ?

Don't play it if it's unplayable for you in its current state, come back to it later. There's also a forum dedicated for bug reports.

Personally, I'd rather Tyler focus on development over 50,000 "FIX MY GAME" tickets.

The bug report was filled up a few days after he implemented it. It filled up fast.
