Storage Unit?

so I achieved Baron status the other day but I still cant offer Ray (At Ray’s realty )a ‘free sample’ of product and he does not offer the ‘Storage Unit’ property for purchase? Am I missing something?

I was wondering this as well i keep seeing walk thoughs of the storage unit but i cant seem to find it i don't know if i am missing a update or whether it was a mod or something but no matter what i have tried i cant seem to find it

right click your game -> properties -> betas

witch beta is best as they all say they are prone to crashing

if u want to buy storage unit you have to play on beta

huuh not the alternate version, but if the normal version crashes, use alternate version

You still need to unlock the area associated to him first.

punch people at work to get them to snap out of work mode to sell to them

I had to stand outside of the door of his "store" and wait for him to come out to offer the sample. (I did this prior to the beta update)
