The gas stations are open 24/7.. so yeah. He's fine as long as he has money to get it but if they use that bat on the atms they'll get it quick

Go to your Motel Room. You still have access and it always has a bed.

on youtube there is videos on how to glitch into the warehouse with a skate board (even if you are in early stages of the game). once you get in you can go buy a bed. make sure you have cash at hand. warehouse operates with cash only. hope this helps
