Where is the new stuff at? (Store Property, Jukebox etc)

I seen it in social media but I cant find it or neither my game is updated I guessing its on the beta version if it is I am cool with it, If its not can someone tell me how to update or get the new version on the current game that is being played.

PA: I dont want to be on Beta version so if its on beta I am okey with it I just dont know where it is ?
