Relationships not saving on modded

Weird issue i'm having on a modded multiplayer save where everything saves fine, but all our contacts/relationships are reset.

However, all the data seems to be there when looking in the save file (npc folder). Any ideas? Thanks!

delete the mods... game fixed, you're welcome
