Why am I arrested for being out after 6pm?

Why am I arrested for being out after 6pm when everyone else is able to walk around, go to the store, smoke meth, do whatever they want. I understand the mechanic it's supposed to be a strict town that has a curfew but at least enforce it with all pedestrians instead of just me. Ruins immersion.

No, but it makes the most sense to me. Thais just what I assume.

It's not currently explained. The answer to it that I heard and like the most is that your rival cartel is paying the cops to go hard on you. Which is why they only bother enforcing a lot of the laws with you.

However it could easily just be something that hasn't been programmed in yet too.

Some cops will still hold the role of "barricade cops" and will do a body search on you, even if they aren't guarding a barricade. I've gotten wanted from this a few times.

The "body search" notification needs to be a bit more apparent as I've had gotten wanted for seemingly no reason at all.

Some dude left his rusty old tin can right in front of the police station, and now for some curious reason, everyone is free to go out and stroll around town. Police is having a hard time towing the vehicle.
