Update videos or are they teasers for beta?

I keep on seeing videos for new content for Schedule 1 and they keep on talking about how there's a new update. BUT as one can see the most recent PATCH is APRIL 20 so.... where's the money?
But jokes aside I realize that some of these videos I watched were try to get views and neglect to mention these updates are available for either the beta or unstable patch/version/ whatever

there's a beta build you can opt into.
schedule 1 -> properties -> betas -> beta participation -> alternate; alternate-beta; beta

not knocking unless they are purposely omitting information. forgetting to mention it is the beta branch isn't a crime, it's just sloppy. but ♥♥♥♥ happens.
