I think the leveling up of employees and business would be a good idea. A bit of an upgrade system would give this game a lot of depth that is currently lacking. Some really expensive upgrades that increase the employee limit, dealer efficiency, laundering capacity, etc. would be a good way to give us something to spend our millions on. Right now, there isn't much to do with your money after you have earned about 200k.
