My botanist isn't putting the harvested weed in my storage rack.

It just doesn't appear there. she harvests it then walks away never putting it there.

Did you set the output of the growing pot to that storage rack?

Using the clipboard tool make sure the plant pot has it's output set to that growing rack. Also make sure that botanist is assigned to the drying rack too not just the pots
