Visual Glitch Please Help

I was playing in my friends world when some shelves would be invisible for me and i could walk through them but on the hosts perspective nothing was wrong i have screen clips and screenshots anyone know anything about this? also i found the "invisible" items in what i would assume the center of the map would be. allowing me to use them. Furthermore, i wasnt able to assign the workers any tasks the host had too.
