Data glitches

So I have a computer at 2 houses, and, for example, when I change a pot for a bed, on the other computer both pot and bed are there even though I took the pot away. So if I do any massive renovations, I will practically have to do it twice. Also, if I replace a save with another and then what I've placed down will cross between old saves. And what I mean by this is a pot and a bed will be in the same spot.
