Salvador Message gone + more

My friend and i unlocked salvador & were ordering from him frequently. We logged off & came back on today, to see the stash, but no way to message him. In addition, we lost a bunch of equipment in the bungalow & the barn. We completely decked out our houses with new equipment and it all has disappeared. The worst part is half of the stuff is still in there, its like it didnt save some parts of it. Aswell as the MessageConversan file.json file

Would love to get my old file save back but i have no hope. Realistically, if i can get the ability to message my supplier Salvador back. Im happy to continue from there
