Found a bug - Handler pockets all items and walks outside like there's no work for him

I have a handler who literally just empties a large shelf into his pockets and then walks outside. Doesn't deposit the items in the packaging station or mixer as he's supposed to do. I have restarted a few times and he's still doing it. Just restarted the game and waiting to see if that fixes it.
If not, I will have to fire him and rehire him

I have tried restarting the game, removing all the routing and reapplying them, firing and then rehiring multiple handlers, and the same thing happens each time.
Maybe it's just the bungalow? If I move to the barn and this happens, I'm going to have to quit until they get a fix for it.

don't have two employees unload on the same shelf/machine, unless they bringing different things for different slots, and make sure your employees can path where they need to go, should fix your issue.

Okay, assigning mixing station outload straight to packing station seemed to make her pack again.
