No restart didn't fix it.
I've tried:
* Restarting steam and windows on both machines
* Game files integrity on both machines - nothing broken found
* Changing the spawn coordinates of the affected player in the player files in AppData
* Removing the other players character folder completely (And switching off cloud save, obviously)
* Deleting all files in the AppData folder (and switching off cloud save) on the other player's machine
* Starting a different character on the other player's machine
When another player joins in multiplayer, there is always a small stutter that usually denotes the other player spawning. This stutter happens still, but the other player is stuck on 'Spawning Player' infinitely. None of the troubleshooting steps outlined above or tried from other threads have worked. Our only other option would be to create a new world but there is no way we're starting again after 58 hours.
I think the issue is on the host's side, something hasn't saved correctly or isn't synchronised between the player profiles properly. Prior to this happening my CooP partner would load in and find random pieces of furniture floating outside of the bungalow. When I had a look, it was furniture that was inside the bungalow for me, but spawned outside for my CooP partner with all items stored on the shelf inaccessible.
