Lag every second / ingame minute (Modded)

So i noticed that the game started stuttering recently, it has a short stutter every ingame minute. I have modded my version but i recently expanded to the barn and i have noticed that with more customers the lags begin to appear. Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?
