Handlers and Chemists

We should be able to set an item to stock on a shelf through the clipboard, then just set 1 slot in a handler to unload all items parked on a loading bay to the specified shelf if it has a vacant slot. 1 handler 1 slot in his list of moving jobs.

The chemists should have a list of moving jobs like the handlers or be able to assign a stock shelf to a mixer.

Just some things I have been thinking about needed to get them out somewhere. Thanks for taking the time to read my thoughts :)
