Trying something: Getting Post Office on Day 1. Need feedback

Is there any way to Save besides sleeping in the RV Pre-Motel? I know the RV doesn't get blown up till you get all 3 of Uncle's cash drops BUT the Motel requires Credit balance to rent right? So the only possible way to get 10k Credit available without any washing is to do Casino and deposit all of it to buy the Post Office...
Also this is a challenge run concept and I have to get the funds before the Real Estate closes on the first day, so I can't buy the Laundromat first and wash cash that way before it closes...

You could gamble at the casino for the money before the real estate closes.

The laundromat wouldn't help you anyway. It would set you back $4000 if you purchased it, they don't take cash for that purchase so the money would have to be "clean" already, it takes 24 full hours to launder cash, and the laundromat can only launder $2000 maximum every 24 hours.

So the Casino doesn't open till 4pm and the max I can have by then is about 1000, so I'd need to speed through 10 hands and win all 10... not sure if this is even possible but I'm still gonna give it a few tries.

Don't forget to smash all the atms and cuke machines. You can also punch the cuke machines for infinite? free cukes and sell them at the pawn shop. Sell The clock and furniture in the motel, sell weed seeds at the pawn shop for maybe a profit I dunno.

oh right smash the ATMs... I'll need to try that. I sold the TV and Lamp for about $250. Good call about selling the Cuke too

you can try to exploit a bit. harvest your start weed and offer it for a high price. maybe 1k or around. at least a minimum of 100$ should work. so you can buy fast the sweatshop for 800$ and safe. now you an experiment different ways.

you have some start cash. buy some trash grabber. there are some places with a lot of trash so you can make a few $. 150 here 120 there and so on in a short amount of time.

try to gamble in the casino, if it dosent work reload from sweatshop until you have your result.

Might be better off setting the slots to $100 per spin and going to town on them. Only takes a few seconds to spin all 5. It's going to be heavily RNG based but the jackpot is half decent when betting $100.

Yeah I couldn't do it in time even with several wins in a row, the time scale seems to be 1 real life second is 1 in-game minute... so 2 minutes to get the money, deposit, get to ray's and buy just isn't possible via Blackjack. HOWEVER I think you're right about the Slots. 3 7s would get me 10,000 and I think I could roll them while playing a quick hand of blackjack.

Thank you for that suggestion. I got to 20k using blackjack at 4am and now i'm beating up cops to try and get warehouse access lol

I wonder if that would work, setting the $38 Kush to $1,000 lol. I mean it says 0% if I try offering it

Yeah, time moves quite fast in this game which would make it pretty tough to do if you are only playing card games.

dont make an counter offer. increase the price on the product page, where you enable selling. offer it for 999$ and wait if someone order it. after few ingame hours. decrease the price by maybe 100$. wait a few more ingame hours. if someone maybe want it from you at a price of 250$, restart the game and start your first offer with 350$. again wait a few hours and go again down to 250$.

so maybe you can sell it for a good price right at the start.
