Detected errors [BUGS]

Hello everyone! I don't know if some of you are as curious as I was, but I've tried to take my Vanshee down the stairs from the hotel to the apartment above the Chinese supermarket. Not only does it not work, but it's stuck there, and I can't find a way to get it out. This means I'll have to buy another van because it's unusable. (Is there currently a way to fix this?)
If not, I could recommend that in future updates, you add a button or option somewhere to unlock vehicles or even NPCs.
For example, when going up the stairs to the apartment above the Chinese supermarket, a small bug occurs, almost near the door. The same bug also occurs when going up the stairs to the shed of another property whose name I can't remember right now.

On another note, something else I've been paying attention to yesterday and today is that when I buy staff to perform my duties, there's one area where I'm finding errors. I currently have two people working on it to plant, cut, etc.
In the house where they are, I have 16 crops, which I configured so that each one works 8 times. But in this case, only one does its job 100% of the time. The other does 3 or 4 jobs and just sits there in front of the harvest, not doing any work. I thought it was a bug at the time, but I killed the staff who were doing that and hired another one. The first day it worked fine, but the second day, the same thing happened again.
Any other solutions for this?
