Loyalty drops even after good deals + possible deal bug

Something weird is happening since I unlocked the last area. I’m selling directly to customers to build up their addiction and loyalty before assigning them to dealers. The problem is that even if I sell almost every day, some customers show lower loyalty the next day. Even after a good deal where loyalty increases, the next day it drops a lot. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if the game is somehow limiting progress, but I’ve spent a couple of hours just trying to raise loyalty and it feels like the game won’t let me.

What’s even weirder is something that seems like a bug. A customer sends a message asking for a specific drug, amount, and price. I give exactly that, no changes. Just before clicking “done” the deal shows around 90% satisfaction. But when I click “done” it says it’s not what they expected, and they leave. That also drops their loyalty a lot. It’s happened several times with different customers. I’ve taken screenshots in case it helps.

The late game customers want high-end drugs so if you try to sell them something of lower quality they might not like it, hence the 90% satisfaction. No clue about the loyalty dropping though.

The game isn't telling you that they have 90% satisfaction. It is telling you that there is a 90% chance they will be 100% satisfied with the deal... and a 10% chance they will be 100% unsatisfied. If you click done, and it says it wasn't what they expected, that means you landed on that 10% and they are unsatisfied. This is because you are giving them lower quality product. As you progress through areas in the game, the expectations for product quality increases... this means you need to start applying fertilizer, buying better pseudo, drying your leafs, etc.. to increase the quality, or risk that some deals will result in an unsatisfied customer.
