Quest Error

So I have a game with my brother where we are relatively deep in. (450k net worth and all property owned and set up.) But the main quest has been glitched at the mixing station quest. Is there anything that we lose by this quest staying glitched or is there a fix? We've tried restarting the game and placing both normal and level 2 mixing stations and nothing changes.

Did you place them above the Chinese restaurant? If not, do that. I think the game expects you to be there for those so don't update if you moved to the bungalow quickly and tried there.
