Lost my progress

Literally lost all of my progress after playing for awhile, my old save shows up as "Unknown", my money is all gone, except my growing tents and stuff are inside my place above the Chinese restaurant, except I cant go in? Its just so bugged and idek what to do so im refunding until the issue is fixed, id rather spend my money on another game for now, this has been an existing issue with people since March I've heard like really dude??? I thought it was just a small bug at first but it turns out tons of other people are losing their progress permanently. There is no way I am restarting this game with a fear of just losing my progress again. Super disappointing because I was having a lot of fun with this game and thats all gone, anybody know when this issue is going to be resolved?

same thing happened to me had like 700k networth. spent weeks. Now its all gone and I cant even get my dealers back its so bugged
