Having trouble with that "next to the barbershop" delivery? simple, just walk up to it backwards.

The cops in this game work under the assumption that if you can't see them, they must not be able to see you either.

Use the trees to obscure their LOS. Whilst being in range to talk to the customer.

That works too, but my point is that if you approach police while facing away from them, they cannot see you.
