How to throw out staff on the floor?

If you pursued by the police, the natural thing would be to throw out stuff out of the pockets. I didn't find such possibility.

if pursued by police run to farthest areas, eventually they will give up...and wait for your arrest message to disappear

The game is so easy you literally just run away they can't catch you, you break line of sight and stay hidden or jump in a trash bin and close the lid to hide... You can also stash drugs in the deposit boxes scattered around the map, you can also get searched and hold left mouse on an item to hide it whilst being searched if you position items correctly in the tool bar it's super easy to hide items as you get searched one after the other just leave a gap between items so example slot 3 skip a slot slot 5 skip a slot etc etc. Sell all your drugs on the last option "night " the deals will never expire and you will get a bonus per deal for curfew.

Besides what DeadRising pointed out, I believe there is a red block at the far right of the screen whenever your inventory bar is up, which you can drop items onto to destroy/discard them (not sure which, never made use of it personally so far).

Downside to that is of course that you have to haul out your phone, which means you're standing still waiting on the cops to catch up to you while you futz around in your pockets. Might as well just keep running and maintain your lead. ;p
