FPS problems
I've been playing quite a few hours now with almost no issues.

I've noticed today the game is lagging quite a bit. Going from 130+FPS to low 50s..

I've tried changing the Graphic settings etc but no improvements.

Anyone got any ideas?

RTX 3070, I9 9900k (OC 5ghz), 32GB RAM. Temps are fine.. Low/high 50s on CPU and GPU.

I've got trash workers at my buildings. There isn't any trash to clear, I don't think?

Make sure none of your botanists are stuck idle because they can't perform their duties ie: supply shelves are empty/output shelves are full. Also make sure your employees can path everywhere they need to go, and there's enough space between things for them to move comfortably.

Employee AI drains performance a lot when they're trying to find something to do, once you have a few botanists in that situation, game starts stuttering.

Worth noting Tyler has discussed hiring more folks and also a focus on optimization. Early Access. I will say for me I have three systems, a 4090 Desktop, 4090 laptop and 1060 laptop. All three have "performance" issues though obviously the 1060 the most. I found oddly limiting my framerate to 100 on the 4090 systems smoothed out graphics where before no matter what i got a bit of microstutter. Could be a Gsync issue as both 4090 systems use that, but I hate turning it off. That might help. I have also found that exiting the game and going back in after a graphic setting change definitely seems to help, I've noticed issues adjusting up or even down, but exit restart its "normal" again.
Thanks everyone for your responses. I'll give the cleartrash ago as-well as the other things mentioned.
