Can't buy anything from Mick at the pawn shop
This is not the issue I see commonly that Mick is not at the pawn shop; he is there, but I cannot buy anything from him. I can only sell items or solicit him to buy drugs; there is no option to buy anything from the store. This was not always the case, before he became my customer the pawn shop functioned as intended. Any help?

There is a shop next to the post office where you can buy the stuff Mick has on display.
