Saves Between Computers

Is the cloud saving kinda inaccurate? I've been playing on a save from a laptop and my desktop. Laptop has always been fine, but my desktop isn't always the same save. It'll save some things and not others. First thing I saw that was odd is completing the first laundering operation and checking that off on my laptop. I boot it up on my desktop, and the quest is done, but I don't even own the laundromat. Next one, I have the clipboard for employees, but no actual employees.

What's up with the saves? To verify, I have been ensuring the cloud saving has been going every time I save and quit. I even relaunch Steam on my desktop.

I think the cloud saving can be a bit off sometimes... When I first got the sweat shop, I had a not when I opened back up the game that the local save and cloud save were out of sync, "Is this okay?" I proceeded to login and it was a mesh of both saves. I had multiple items from both saved stacked on top of each other. It was kinda cool for awhile having twice the storage racks lol, but kinda a pain clicking the right one.
