Report a translation problem
The way handlers do things is far too clunky. They'll transport anything on a shelf to a chem bench, I've found chem benches with acid, phos and seeds before. I assume a mixer is no different, so if a chemist is put on a mix requiring something like weed + banana + donut + mouthwash + horse jism a handler could fill it with banana + weed + jsim + jism and any other permutation of the 4 ingredients, breaking the recipe.
Handlers badly need fixing, as do chemists. Hope it happens.
