wont let me select routes for a mixer employee

so ive got 2 chemists one for making all the meth and one for mixing the ingredients, but i cant figure out how im ment to get them to take stuff from storage and put it in the mixer.

Richy's comment is correct. You use handlers to stock mixers. Keep in mind if youre making a huge batch youll need many handlers as each one can only do 5 routes
