Game keeps crashing when i launch my save file

I played about 10 hours in my save file and now when i launch it it keeps crashing at the same time point after about 20 seconds. I have done everything, reinstalling, adjusted all the settings. Done all the suggestions from tutorials and stuff... When i launch a new game the game works but my save file just not :/ Anyone has an idea?
