Barn fps drops

So as title says and what everyone else is noticing fps in barn seems to drop quite much, i noticed that when standing at the door and looking toward stairs i get steady 170 fps but when standing under stairs and looking toward door i get steady still but only 80 fps. I don't know what's causing it's weird that it only happens at other direction
