Try gold bars instead. 1000 gold bars (or 12.5 large storage racks/safes) is equal to $10,000,000. Or 100 bars for the $1,000,000 achievement.
I sell the product, I stockpile gold. If I really need cash for something I'll take some gold reserves to the pawn shop and wait until Mick offers $15,000-18,000 per bar.
It's also basically the only real way to make money in the "3G Network Challenge": no drugs, you only make money off Garbage, Gambling, and Gold.
