Does Pickpocketing clients affect their relationship with you?
I do love the ability to immediately steal back the drugs you just sold to the clients... although it is a bit odd you can steal back the same amount you just sold them AFTER you see them do the drugs... but I swear their relationship bar isn't filling up as fast if you do this...
Is this true? Also, what other things can improve relationships faster? I know selling to them multiple times obviously, but do lower prices and larger amounts of product in a single transaction gain "reputation" with them faster or is it just a flat rate per transaction?

Oh and side question: If you KO a client who catches you pickpocketing, does that reduce your relationship too? I would assume yes? But I never see the curve pop up when it happens... also I'm wondering what happens if you throw their body in the water...

Day #2: Unfazed, Mac ordered another hit for $1300. I tried to steal it again and this time punched him out first. He called the cops so I had to run.

Day #3: Unfazed still, Mac bought a hit for $1300. This time I was successful and Mac was just angry at me.

Day #4: Mac bought 2 hits at $1300 each and I let him be because Mac is OK... and I already had the achievement.

Flat rate. I think it's 8 sales until the bar is full. Half a bar per sale.

NPCs respawn alive and well the next day regardless of what you do to them.

I haven't bothered to attempt pickpocketing because it looks hard and doesn't seem worth it, the cost of product is less than 10% of the sale price. With margins like that, there's no practical reason to steal it back.

yeah I only did it originally to get the achievement but then I decided to see how much I can sell/steal before ending Day 1. Also beating up lots of cops for xp for hiding

its very hard to throw them in the water. seems to be a barrier to prevent it.
