Feature request: Labeling shelves

Love the game but sometimes after not playing for a while I forget what ingredients I had designated to shelves. It would be really cool if we could assign an item icon to shelves using the clipboard so we can easily remember which shelves need to hold which goods, so handlers can resupply mixing stations correctly.

I don't know if it's been recommended already. Thank you.
