I have her surrounded by people who are loyal to me, with how happy I made them, and molly still won't deal for me. I can provide a screenshot if needed.

Hey, it happens to brad too. They're both on the map as potiental dealer, but they say I still need to be friends with their connections.

open phone press contacts there are people (circles) each one is connected by a line, find the open connection with a line to the dealer

if its locked then go give that person a free sample

It happened to me too so if you're playing with a friend whoever is the party leader can be the one to hire the dealer as a worker. if you're playing solo idk
