Magnavox took Atari to court over this in the seventies when Atari tried to pass the concept off as their own. Needless to say, yes people absolutely got sued over Pong in the past and you know how much people love an easy court case.

Maybe I should make my own thread for this but... It would be cool if we could mod in small games that we could play on that T.V. while we wait for other stuff to process.

Atari needs to leave others alone, it was their time decades ago. Alway's trying to get money over other ones back, Kinda sad if you ask me.
