Crashing Problems

Hi all, I've been playing this for a good few weeks now with no problems but today (27/04/25) every time I load a my save game, the entire game freezes within a couple of minutes with no way of unfreezing manually. In the Windows Task Manager it never shows the game as 'not responding' and the only way to get back into the game unfrozen is to force close the game and start it again. Anyone else having similar problems or have a way of fixing this issue?
