Custom tattoos

Have there be some kind of stencil / paint type feature to draw a custom tattoo that will then be applied to the character

I like the idea, don't get me wrong... but there's not exactly a lot of canvas room on the characters, so it would have to be really simple tattoos. Don't expect a lot of detail.

Also, 1000% you'll see people running around with dongs tattooed on their faces.

how bout you waste your time on that feature as a mod ? that way, development time won't be wasted towards a feature that only you care about.
