How many botanists per plant and drying rack? (warehouse setup)
Currently trying to set up my warehouse for coke the first time, i'm watching alot of videos where the botanists are on 6x plants and 2x drying racks. Is 2/6 the optimal setup for plants/drying racks, or is 2 just the limit for drying racks per botanist?
I've never used the drying racks in my other properties, my bungalow was just 2 sets of 8 pots between 2x botanists and it worked great

Depends on the plant, and how long you're leaving it on the rack for (I'll assume one star). Weed grows so fast I used 4 pots to 4 racks, and the racks were still my biggest bottleneck. Coca takes a day to grow once so I do 5 pots to 3 racks, and waiting for the coca to grow is my bottleneck.

From what I've seen 8 assignments is a bit too much for a botanist, at least with Air pots. It may work better with Moisture-preserving pots, with 4 pots/4 racks per botanist. If I'm using Air pots to speed up the production, I usually give my botanists 2 plants/2 racks, so they can keep up with the constant watering.
This is for weed farming, but it should work the same way for coke, except coke seems to need less drying racks 'cause it produces less. So I'd say try with 6/2 setup with Moisture-preserving pots, and if you see your botanists are slacking half the day, upgrade to Air Pots and see how they doin'.

Also at the warehouse, employees who have nothing to do wait on the parking lot, which is pretty far for them. Try to install their work stations close to the entrance, it will save them a ton of travel time. The back and 1st floor of the warehouse can be used for storage, packaging, employee's beds, etc.
