Lost progress
So here is how to lose progress. Go out and do deals. Save and exit before sleeping. Start game and sleep. Boom XP gone. Please look into fixing this.

It is because you are quitting before going to sleep. Go to sleep, it autosaves. Then quit your game.

you dont need to end the day to get xp. You get it as soon as you complete a deal

Thats false because especially early game where levels are short you'll notice that you can access the rewards from the next level (for example a new mixer) as soon as you level up and before you end the night .
