Frame Rate Issues?
I'm having a bit of a frame skip issue. There's a stutter once per second that throws off my whole rhythm of the game. Anyone have recommendations on how to help this? I don't have frame issues in any other game so idk what's going on.

I lowered it from 1440p to 1080p and it feels like it only got worse
