Odd bug

So, when i start the game my icon is solid white, and i can't join or invite any friends.
Yet i have no issues on any other games, i can join, profile icon showing, etc.
Stuff I've tried:
restart steam - restart pc - verified files - deleted game/ purged all files - deleted everything with cloud save off - full access on firewall - on/off steam beta - turned off steam overlay - changed steam server im connected to
Nothing works and i have no idea what to try anymore.

Thats nothing. This game has TWICE deleted my entire D drive. To the point its not even listed in my PC.
Upon investigating it for some reason deletes my drivers for my D drive and a couple other weird things.
