Handlers not smart, pls help.

I have good chain of production, but theres 1 flaw. Handlers stuffing product into jars, but when they pickup lets say stack of 12 there will be 2 left in machine, handler will leave and wait for me to get those 2 pieces out, any help for that?

you can only pack 5 in a jar

Are you having the product come straight from the drying rack/pot into the packer? Just make sure someone is always adding to the packer.

i know that, problem is that if he picks up 12 pieces, he process 10 of them (2 jars) and 2 leftover pieces will stay in machine which prompts handler to go AFK.

not sure i understand, i grew in pots, herbalists bring it on the shelf, handler pick it up from that shelf and take it to machine

Hi, check the quality of those buds, I sometimes have a similar problem IF the buds stay on the rack too long and get to heavenly instead of premium grade, so mixed buds get put on the storage rack, the packer then grabs a load off the storage, packs all the premium but can't pack the 2 or 3 (never more) heavenly buds in a jar.
I suspect that it's due to some kind of bottleneck in the process, but due to how fast a day passes ( and loads of other things to do during it ) I've not been able to kick around for a day and see what actually goes on.
Only solution I've found is to once a day check the packing stations and remove those odd buds.
