Change Cuke back NOW!

I can't be the only one who thinks the new orange Cuke is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ disgusting and needs to go, right? I thought I was tripping until I saw a mod on NexusMods that restores Cuke to its original CORRECT red color.

If Tyler is going to change the color to avoid trademark issues with Coke, it has to be something other than orange or purple. Both of those are claimed by orange and grape soda. In my opinion at least.

News flash, this just in, trademarks are a thing, and COKE RED is one of them?

I never seen a color being copyrighted. The name on the other hand is different.

It's not about the color, if it were just the color, that would've been the only thing changed. The squiggly line under the word Cuke is now a straight arrow.

The design of the Coca-Cola can is an original creation and is protected by copyright and trademark law. How the Cuke can looked before wasn't 1:1, but it looked close enough that, odds are, if Tyler hadn't changed it now, it could have been a problem later.

Then when you've got the design, you've also got what kind of game this is, pointing out other games having similar looking cans/bottles is not exactly a strong argument when you're not a drug trafficker in those games. Drug trafficking is more than likely not something Coca-Cola wants their brand to be associated with.
