Weapon Crosshair Please

Is there a way to turn ON Weapon Cross-hairs?
If not, can you please put them into the game, very annoying to shoot a weapon in the game.
I know melee is fine, but making guns work properly would also be nice

Yea, not asking for much, a DOT on a screen would be just fine with me =)
