Cannot see assests and some stuff is unusable

My friend had an error, switched from cloud to local and eventually back to cloud saves, but now our shared online game is messed up. I cant see random things. For example we have 8 mixers in the barn and i can only see 2. on his screen i phase right through them. All employees show no tasks but continue to work. On his screen they are normal. He was having an issue so he switch to local, and then when we gamed he switched back to cloud. Any idea how to possibly fix this issue?
