Game needs adjustment just to reach full automation
I think the employee numbers need to be upped simply to allow full automation (Full automation being base creation to final product packaged with only refilling ingredient shelfs at night)... here is my math

Minimum Base product = 1 x Chemist or Botanist to create product

8 mixers for max mix = 2 x Chemist to mix and 2 x handlers to keep ingredients going to mixers

Keep space clean = 1x cleaner

Results: Minimum automation of one product = 6 employees and even managing to share a cleaner it would be 11 for 2 setups

Bungalow is out completely with only 5 employees
Barn supports 1 full automation
Warehouse supports 1 full automation

2 options for full automation and 3 products available

Fix #1 = Allow handlers to unpackage so we can produce base product and package it at a different location then we are mixing and transport it at night when we are refilling ingredients. This would make the bungalow a valuable late game asset as well to make bricks of base product and transport to Barn\warehouse for unpacking to be put into mixing production

Fix #2 = Up the employee counts to facilitate automation
